Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a Subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can edit or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive monthly repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions auto-renew every month, starting from when you first signed up.
If you want to skip/pause/cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order so you can manage your subscription from there. You can also find the link to manage your subscriptions on the Monthly Stationery Club product listing. If you have been charged for an upcoming subscription but wish to cancel/pause/skip before the 27th of the month, please contact hiraspberrypaper@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.
As clearly stated in the subscription's product listing:
- Refunds will not be given for subscriptions marked undeliverable or returned to sender (Raspberry Paper) due to incorrect addresses. Reshipments are at the discretion of Raspberry Paper shop and will incur an additional reshipment fee.
- To keep shipping affordable, monthly subscriptions will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and therefore DO NOT have tracking.
- Once envelopes are dropped off with USPS, Raspberry Paper is not responsible for lost/missing mail. No refunds will be issued for these reasons.
- Raspberry Paper reserves the right to cancel ongoing subscriptions if frequent issues arise for the same customer.
