Shipping policy

**Due to recent changes in international shipping policies, Raspberry Paper is sadly no longer shipping products outside of the US for the time being. Consider shopping wholesale on Faire for cheaper prices and international shipping to Canada, Europe, and Australia.**

All orders are packed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery time after order has been packed and dropped off: 5-8 business days.

Shipping charges for all orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for all domestic (US) orders $50+.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hiraspberrypaper@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will do our best to help. Raspberry Paper is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once orders have been dropped off with the mail carrier, unfortunately it is out of our hands.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted. If there are concerns or damage to the product, please contact hiraspberrypaper@gmail.com.
